If you are away, your parcel will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You thus have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it with proof of identity. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
In all cases, you will be informed by e-mail 24 hours before your parcel is delivered.

Your parcel can be tracked on the www.chronopost.fr/transport-express/livraison-colis/suivi website using the parcel number given in your account summary on the www.deeluxe.fr website and in the parcel dispatch confirmation email sent to you when the parcel leaves our premises.
All the times indicated are to be taken into account from the time the parcel leaves our premises (a dispatch confirmation is sent to the member when the parcel leaves our premises). Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
You can follow the progress of your order in real time in the "My account" section of the www.deeluxe.fr website.
Here are the different order statuses:
- "Pending": Your order is awaiting preparation.
- "Dispatched": Your order has left our premises and you can track the progress of your parcel on the website of the transport service provider you have chosen.
