RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which they can exercise without having to provide any reasons, within a period of fourteen (20) full days from the receipt of the items. Within this framework, the customer has the option to return the delivered items within this period, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the order form. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, or dirty may be subject to return penalties.

RETURNS

Items purchased online cannot be returned or refunded in DEELUXE stores or in multi-brand stores distributing the DEELUXE brand. Here are the steps to proceed with a return:
1 - Log in to your customer account.
2 - Check your order history. For the concerned order, check the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason(s) for the return in the "comments" section.
3 - We will confirm by email the receipt of your request. A confirmation of 'return accepted' will be validated within 24 hours.
4 - Prepare your package with the items in their original packaging and the return form. Print your return form from your account in the "Merchandise Returns" section.

5 - Print your return label from the "Colissimo return" tab. It will be sent within 24 hours on business days.

6 - Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your post office.

7 - If the returned item is compliant, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made to the customer's bank account no later than fourteen (14) days following the receipt by JL26 - DEELUXE.

Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, or deteriorated due to the customer's fault will not be refunded.
When returning an order that was placed with free shipping, if the total amount of the retained products is less than €60, a fee of €5 (corresponding to the shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund. This rule only applies if the shipping costs were not paid during the initial order.
