RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 and subsequent of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason, within 14 days* from the date of receipt of the items.
The items must be returned within this legal timeframe, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (including accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or dirty may incur return penalties.
RETURN PROCESS
Items purchased online cannot be returned or refunded in DEELUXE stores or at multibrand retailers that sell DEELUXE products.
Please note that exchanges are not possible.
Here are the steps to follow for a return:
Log in to your customer account
Access your order history
Select the relevant order, check the items you wish to return, and specify the reasons for the return in the "Comments" section. You will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.
Prepare your package by including the items in their original packaging along with the return form, which can be downloaded from your account under the “Merchandise Returns” section.
Print your return label from the "Return Colissimo" tab. It will be sent to you within 24 hours (working days).
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local post office.
The refund of the billed amount will be made to the bank account associated with the card used for payment, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and verification of the items by JL26 - DEELUXE.
Please note that a €5 fee (corresponding to shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund.
Items that are incomplete, damaged, or deteriorated cannot be refunded.
